While many governments implemented lockdown measures, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, daily walks, social connectionsand contact with natural environment are even more important for RMD patients who require physical activity and are at increased risk for poor mental health

Take advantage of any opportunity to go outdoors, including routine walks, sitting on your balcony or enjoying fresh air through your window. Research shows this could benefit your overall health.
